8. Slide the Top (E) over the sides and vertical dividers aligning the eight Rafix Bolts (R) with the
eight Rafix Cams (Q). See FIGURE 8. Tighten the cams.

9. Place the Foot (F) on top of the Cleat (G) so that the flat, non-curved edges are flush to each
other. Place the Cleat (G) under the Foot (F) so that one end of the Cleat (G) is aligned with
one of the Wood Dowels (U). See FIGURE 9. Use three Screws (S) to attach the Foot (F) to the
Cleat (G).
