Fasten six ANGLE BRACKETS (U) to the BOTTOM (F) and SKIRT (P). Use six BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (FF).
NOTE: Be sure the edges of the ANGLE BRACKETS are even with the edges of the BOTTOM and SKIRT.
Fasten the SKIRT (P) to the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (F). Use six BROWN 7/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (FF).
