Problem

Solution
Check power supply
Have the Variable Speed Trigger Switch replaced by an authorised Silverline
service centre
Replace carbon brushes, or have the carbon brushes replaced by an
authorised Silverline service centre
Fit compatible saw blade
Fit new saw blade
Adjust cutting speed to match material requirements
Fit compatible saw blade
Use less pressure whilst moving the machine
Reduce cutting speeds to material requirements
Use a suitable cutting fluid when cutting metal
