Align mounting box so it is plumb and so back of box mounting
flange is flush with finished wall. Drill 9/64" pilot holes through
finish wall material and into cross members. With some wall
hard materials, it may be necessary to drill a wider initial hole
to provide screw shank clearance. Secure mounting box with
the 2" stainless steel Phillips head screws provided. (Note:
Six screws are required: eight screws are supplied). See
Fig. #10 .

Slide one cone bushing (cone up) over each riser. Secure
bushing in mounting box opening.

Wrench tighten coupling nuts on hoses. See Fig. #11 . Some
adjustable wrenches may not clear space between coupling
nuts. Use a 15/16" open end wrench.

C. SHEETFLOW ASSEMBLY AND END CAP:
end cap. Do not support tower on sheetflow. Do not stand tower on
bottom end cap. Use styrofoam packaging as supports until unit is
hung on hinges.

Risk of damage to sheetflow and/or bottom
See Fig. #12 . Align end cap snug with bottom end of tower
door. Secure end cap to bottom of tower door with two
slotted-hex washer-head screws from hardware kit.

See Fig. #12 . Align sheetflow cap snug with top end of tower
door. Secure sheetflow cap to top of tower door with the two
slotted-hex washer-head screws from hardware kit.
Risk of damage to sheetflow. Do not tighten
Remove the protective caps from the short connection hose
and the supply hose. Connect the hoses, and use two
wrenches to tighten 1/2 to 3/4-turn past hand tight.
