Warranty
Usage of hardware and software not authorized causes alterations in our
products, motivating the cancellation of any liability and warranty, even when
hardware or software have been taken off or erased.
Alterations in our products cannot be made. Our products can only be operated
with original accessories and parts. Otherwise, all warranty rights are cancelled.
This product can only be operated with operative systems authorized by
Tecnomotor. If the product is operated with an operative system different than
authorized, our obligation of supplying warranty services, ceases according with
the terms established in our supplying conditions. Besides, we won´t be liable for
any damages resultant of using a non-authorized operative system.
2.3 Owner´s obligation
The owner has the obligation of guarantee and implement all the measures
destined to prevent work accidents, occupational diseases, health risks due to
work activities, and actions for improving the ergonomic conception of work.
Basic Principles
The owner must guarantee that the installations and the electric equipments be
installed, modified and serviced by specialized technicians or under the directions
and supervision of a technician, according to the good habits in the specialty of
electro technology. The owner must also guarantee that the installations and
electric equipments be operated according to the good habits in the specialty of
electro technology.
If a deficiency in an installation or an electric equipment is detected, in other
words, if it is not anymore complying with the good habits in the specialty of
electro technology, the owner must guarantee that the deficiency is eliminated
immediately and, in case this situation creates a serious risk, he must guarantee
that the equipment or installation won´t be operated with deficiencies.
