6 Start-up
Green and red LED:
Both LEDs flash simultaneously:
- Cable to boiler defective or
- Receiver board defective or
- Boiler electronics defective
Both LEDs flash alternately:
- Transmitter board not detected
- Check transmitter batteries
- Check wireless link
Note
Always replace both communication
boxes.
Note
Whenever the communication box
connects to the server, telephone
charges for the line used are incurred,
which are added to your bill. You can
find a detailed, up-to-date price list at
www.vrnetdialog.vaillant.de.

The communication box connects to
the server under the following condi-
tions:
- Every 2 weeks to transfer the latest
status data of the appliances. The
connection time is around 30 seconds
per connected appliance. You can
deactivate this on the internet but it
restricts the functions of the vrnet-
DIALOG.
- For 60 seconds in the event of a
malfunction.
If the server connects to the device
via telephone, the telephone in the
house may ring if there is no tele-
phone system or separate telephone
connection.
