2. INSTALLATION
1. Before using, please install the unit properly in order to get correct usage.
2. The unit requires 3×1.5V AA batteries. Open the battery compartment cover
and insert the batteries in the right polarity, then close the cover (Proposal using
alkali battery).
Or you can use a DC transformer (9V - - - 300mA) instead of battery. Verify the
polarity.
3. There should be time display on the liquid crystal screen after the batteries are
inserted or DC is connected.
The battery and DC power supply cannot be used together; when the DC supply
is connected, the battery will be cut off, so that the life of the battery can be
prolonged.
4. Connect the coil cord to handset and the base.
5. Insert the two line cords into the line jacks of the base and the other ends to
the wall outlet of exchange.
