- Mount screw (included) and tighten to 12 Nm.
- Position steering damper
- Mount screws (included) and tighten to 25 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Mount screw (included) and tighten to 25 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Move the handlebar from left to right and back over the entire
steering angle.
The steering damper can move freely.
- Position triple clamp cover
- Connect horn socket connectors
- Attach temperature sensor
- Position triple clamp cover
- Mount screws and tighten to 10 Nm.
Final steps
- Install the front wheel (work stand). (See repair manual)
- Install front fender. (See owner's manual)
- Take the motorcycle off the lift stand. (See repair manual)
