Standby Mode.
To minimise the system internal consumption, the battery pack
automatically switches to Standby Mode. This mode is automatically
activated when no charge, discharge or communication is detected
during a period of 10 minutes.
How to exit the Standby Mode:

Deep Sleep Mode.
To protect the battery during long periods without activity, the
battery pack automatically switches to the Deep Sleep Mode.
The Deep Sleep Mode automatic activation happens in the following
situations:
– Battery charge <1%: Deep Sleep Mode activated If the battery
is in Standby Mode more than 10 minutes.
– Battery charge <10%: Deep Sleep Mode activated If the
battery is in Standby Mode more than 48 hours.
– Battery charge <40%: Deep Sleep Mode activated If the
battery is in Standby Mode more than 14 days.
– Battery charge <80%: Deep Sleep Mode activated If the
battery is in Standby Mode more than 30 days.

The Deep Sleep Mode can be manually activated if you plan not to
use the bike during a long period. Push the battery charging status
time.
How to exit the Deep Sleep Mode: Connect the battery directly
to the charger or push the battery charging status button at least
8.6 Under Temperature Protection Modes.
CUT (Charge Under Temperature): The battery cannot be
charged with temperatures under 0ºC. If you attempt to charge
the battery in these conditions, the battery will enter into a low
temperature protection mode. Charge and discharge will be
interrupted. This protection mode will be automatically removed as
soon as the battery temperature is higher than 0ºC.
DUT (Discharge Under Temperature): The discharge will be
interrupted with temperatures under -20ºC. The battery will enter
into a low temperature protection mode. The protection mode will be
automatically removed as soon as the battery temperature is higher
than -20ºC.
To optimize the battery life and prevent from a full discharge
that could cause damages, the e-bike assistance modes and
functions are limited depending on the battery charge:
– Battery charge over 20%: Normal operation. All assistance
levels and light system available.
– Battery charge within 10%-20%: Power assist level not
available.
