Plumbers and roofers who install Geberit
Pluvia roof outlets must apply and
familiarise themselves with the general and
country-specific Geberit Pluvia installation
guidelines prior to installation.
The plumber or roofer is responsible for
ensuring proper installation. Geberit
accepts no liability for the consequences
arising from incorrect installation by
unauthorised personnel.

WARNING
Indicates a hazard which, if not
avoided, can lead to death or ser-
ious injuries.
CAUTION
Indicates a hazard which, if not
avoided, can lead to injury.
ATTENTION
Indicates a hazard which, if not
avoided, can lead to material
damage.

instructions
Failure to observe the safety notes and
instructions can lead to serious injuries and
major material damage.
The following safety notes must always be
observed when installing Geberit Pluvia
roof outlets:
• read these Geberit Pluvia installation
notes carefully prior to installation.
• observe all of the accompanying
instructions as well as all safety and
warning notes.
• do not use any product that has visible
defects or damage.
• hand over the accompanying Geberit
Pluvia maintenance instructions to the
building owner after installation.

4 Make sure to install all individual
parts correctly.
4 Following completion of roof
sealing, remove the protection
housing and install the complete
outlet grating.
WARNING
Pipe connection with Geberit
electrofusion coupling
Danger of fatal electric shock
4 Do not weld wet or water-filled
pipes with Geberit electrofusion
couplings.
4 Only weld Geberit electrofusion
couplings with inserted Geberit
PE pipes or Geberit PE fittings.
