"Printer Support" section
The page is divided into 3 areas:
1. SECTIONS : The same sections
shown in the home page.
2. REAL TIME STATUS : Report a list
of operating parameters controlled
and monitored in real time.
3. TOOLS : The fi rst link is for en-
tering the download section of the
Custom web site.
With the second link will open a blank
e-mail already addressed to the "Cli-
ent Technical Support" service.
Press the "Print Test Page" button to
make the device print a test page .
Press the "Printer upgrade" button to
enter the specifi c page for upgrade
the printer.
NOTE: To download updating from this page
you must have an active Internet connection.
"Printer Upgrade" section
From the "Printer upgrade" page it is
possible to execute the printer fi rm-
ware upgrade.
The page is divided into 3 areas:

3. TOOLS : Press the "Browse"
button to select the path of .PSW
fi le previously downloaded from the
"Printer Support" page.
Press the "Send" button to transfer
the fi le to the printer and then follow
the instructions of the "KUBE printer
Upgrade" page to complete the up-
grade procedure.
Sezione "Printer Support"
La pagina è divisa 3 aree:
1. SEZIONI : Sono le stesse riportate
nella pagina principale
2. REAL TIME STATUS : Riporta
un'elenco di parametri di funziona-
mento controllati che è possibile
monitorare in tempo reale.
3. STRUMENTI : Il primo collega-
mento aprirà direttamente la sezione
del sito internet Custom riservata al
download. Con il secondo link si apri-
rà una e-mail vuota già indirizzata al
"Supporto Tecnico Clienti" di servizio.
Premendo il pulsante "Print Test
Page" la stampante stamperà una
pagina di prova.
Premendo il pulsante "Printer upgra-
de" si accede alla pagina dedicata
all'aggiornamento della stampante.
NOTA: Per poter scaricare gli aggiornamenti
presenti in questa pagina, è necessario
avere un collegamento Internet attivo.
Sezione "Printer Upgrade"
Dalla pagina "Printer upgrade" è pos-
sibile eseguire la procedura di aggior-
namento fi rmware della stampante.
La pagina è divisa 3 aree:
1. SEZIONI : Sono le stesse riportate
nella pagina principale
2. REAL TIME STATUS : Riporta
un'elenco di parametri di funziona-
mento controllati che è possibile
monitorare in tempo reale.
3. STRUMENTI : Premere il pulsante
"Sfoglia" per selezionare il percorso
del fi le .PSW scaricato precedente-
mente dalla pagina "Printer Support".
Premere il pulsante "Send" per trasfe-
rire il fi le alla stampante e seguire le
istruzioni della pagina "KUBE printer
Upgrade" per completare la proce-
dura.

Die Seite ist in 3 Bereiche gegliedert:
1. BEREICHE : Dieselben Bereiche
der Hauptseite.
2. REAL TIME STATUS : In diesem
Bereich wird eine Liste der in Echt-
zeit kontrollierten und überwachten
Betriebsparameter aufgeführt.
3. TOOLS : Über den ersten Link wird
direkt die Downloadseite der Custom
Webseite geöffnet.
Über den zweiten Link wird eine
bereits an den "Kundendienst" adres-
sierte Email geöffnet.
Durch Drücken der Taste "Print Test
Page" druckt der Drucker eine Test-
seite.
Durch Drücken der Taste "Printer
upgrade" wird die Seite zur Aktuali-
sierung des Druckers geöffnet.
HINWEIS: Um die Updates von dieser Seite
herunterladen zu können, ist eine aktive
Internetverbindung erforderlich.
"Printer Upgrade" Bereich
Von der Seite "Printer upgrade" hat
man auch Zugang zur Aktualisierung
der Firmware.
Die Seite ist in 3 Bereiche gegliedert:
1. BEREICHE : Dieselben Bereiche
der Hauptseite.
2. REAL TIME STATUS : In diesem
Bereich wird eine Liste der in Echt-
zeit kontrollierten und überwachten
Betriebsparameter aufgeführt.
3. TOOLS : Mit der "Browse" Taste
den Dateiverlauf der zuvor von der
"Printer Support" Seite herunterge-
ladenen .PSW Datei auswählen.
Mit der "Send" Taste die Datei an
den Drucker weiterleiten, dann die
Anweisungen auf der Seite "KUBE
printer Upgrade" ausführen, um den
Upgrade-Vorgang abzuschließen.
