Take care that the inner flange is mounted firmly
on the output spindle and that the centering sleeve
is mounted.
Change the used accessory or insert a new one.
Make sure to check that the grinding accessory
is wider than the height of the centering sleeve.
In so doing, make sure that the grinding tool is cen-
tred properly between the inner and threaded flange.
MShyo869-1: Place the outer flange onto the
threaded flange.
Screw the threaded flange (2) in again by hand.
MSho852-1/MShyo852-3a/4a: Hold the drive
spindle at the inner flange with the locking pin (5e).
MShyo869-1: Hold the drive spindle with the
Allen key (5f).
Screw the threaded flange (2) tightly with the
face spanner (5d).
Securing the work piece.
Secure the workpiece adequately. A workpiece that
is not properly secured can, for example, cause the
accessory to jam and kick back, fall and cause other
hazards.
General operating instructions.
Switching ON and OFF (Figure 4).
First check that the mains supply lead and mains
plug are not damaged.
Switching ON:
Press the switch (4b) and the lock-off (4c) at the
same time.
Let go of the lock-off (4c).
Switching OFF:
Let go of the switch (4b).
Locking the switch:
Keep the switching on lock (4c) pressed while
the power tool is switched on, and let go of the
switch (4b).
To unlock, press the switch (4b) once again and
then let go of it.
Working instructions.
Using the same pressure, move the power tool back-
wards and forwards across the surface of the work piece
to prevent it from becoming too hot.
Repair and customer service.
When working metal under extreme operat-
ing conditions, it is possible for conductive
dust to settle in the interior of the power
tool. The total insulation of the power tool can be
impaired. Blow out the interior of the power tool via the
ventilation slots frequently with dry and oil-free com-
pressed air, and connect a residual current device (RCD)
on the line side.
If the supply cord of this power tool is damaged it
must be replaced by a specially prepared cord avail-
able through the FEIN customer service centre.

found in the Internet at www.fein.com.
If required, you can change the following parts yourself:
Application tools, threaded, inner and outer flange,
centering sleeve.
