Troubleshooting

Any malfunctions during operation will be identified by an error message on the display.
Once a serious error message has been displayed, the lift moves to the top end position and the device can
no longer be operated.
Proceed as follows in such cases:
- switch off device using the main switch,
- carry out corrective measures,
- restart device.

If the actions described fail to resolve the fault or another error code is displayed, then take one of the
following steps:
- contact your local VWR
- send the device for repair, including a short description of the fault.
Repair and maintenance of VWR
The instrument is maintenance-free. It is only subject to the natural wear and tear of components and their
statistical failure rate.

Cleaning

To clean the device use only water with a detergent that contains tensides, or use isopropylalcohol for
stubborn soiling.

Spare parts order

When ordering spare parts, please give:
- machine type,
- serial number, see type plate,
- software version,
- item and designation of the spare part, see

Repair

In case of repair the device has to be cleaned and free from any materials which may constitute a health
hazard. For this use the "certificate of compliance".

Correction
- Let the device cool down
- Check the location

- Reduce the volume in the evaporator
- Turn the unit off and on again
