2.1

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF INSTALLATION SITE

The environmental conditions in which the machine must be installed must follow these
characteristics:
• The machine should be installed in a well-ventilated and dry room, protected from dust
and direct contact with atmospheric agents.
• The machine must be placed on a horizontal supporting surface, easily cleanable and
capable of supporting the load.
• The plug must be easily accessible; the machine must be positioned so that the power
cable is not stretched. The power cable must not be under the feet of the machine
• Water and heat sources at safe distance from the machine

2.2 TRANSPORT AND HANDLING

The machine is supplied in a closed package and fixed with straps on a wood pallet. Inside the
packaging with the machine you will find the instructions, the declaration of conformity
according to the EEC machines regulation and the test certificate.
The machine must be unloaded and lifted out by proper equipment.
For the transportation of the machine to the place of installation, use a fork lift. After cutting
the straps take out of the packaging and the plastic cover, then with the help of a proper belt
put under the machine (PICT. 2.1) and a fork lift (manual or motor) lift the machine and take
away the bottom pallet, position the machine making sure you leave a space around it to make
usage, cleaning and maintenance easier. If the machine is unstable put under the feet pieces
of hard rubber.
Separate the different materials according to material type and recycle them in accordance
with relevants legislations.
