The machine should be periodically cleaned to maintain it in the hygienic condition required for the
sale of foodstuffs using a routine based on the code of Practice for Hygiene Machine Operation
published by the AVAB or similar.
CAUTION: it is advised to put off the machine acting on the main switch before starting the
cleaning procedure.

10.1 IMPORTANT CLEANING POINTS

A - With bacteriocidal detergent solution:
1) inside of the cabinet
2) compartments of the column
3) evaporator cup
B - Window cleaning solution:
1) exposition window
2) delivery door window
C - With stainless steel cleaner:
1) grates
D - Refrigeration System:
clean the condenser and the evaporator with a vaccum cleaner or compressed filtrate air.
Make sure there is air flow between the front and the rear part of the condenser.
Always clean the cabinet after this operation.
If this operation is not performed correctly or not done at all the refrigeration system
could be damaged irreparably.
ATTENTION: NEVER DIP THE COIN MECHANISM IN WATER, NEVER USE SOLVENTS OR
METALLIC SPONGES, NEVER VAPORIZE ANY KIND OF LUBRICANTE.
