3. Insert the post of the arm in the socket at the end of the radial arm.
4. Tighten the lock screw.
5. Attach the monitor mounting bracket to the tilt mechanism on the end of the arm using the 4 flat-head screws
provided with the arm (#10-32 x 0.375") and a Philips screwdriver.
Ensure that all four screws are fully seated against the monitor stow bracket and that the screw heads are not
protruding.
