FUSE: Provides electrical
over-current protection for
the Acoustic Pro. Make sure
that a replacement for a blown
fuse is of the type and rating
indicated next to the fuse
holder. Make sure power is
disconnected, then remove
fuse holder by rotating it
counterclockwise with a flat-
head screwdriver.
5
EFFECTS SEND: Connect this ¼"
jack to the input of an external
effects device or device chain.
6
EFFECTS RETURN: Connect
this ¼" jack to the output of
an external effects device or
device chain.
NOTE: The effects send and
return jacks accept standard
instrument cables and
balanced TRS cables, the
latter of which can reduce line
noise when used with TRS-
compatible equipment.
7
FOOTSWITCH: Connect
optional two-button
footswitch (PN 7706500000)
using this ¼" input jack.
Footswitch enables reverb
bypass for each channel.
8
BALANCED LINE OUT: Connect
to inputs of external sound
reinforcement and recording
devices using this balanced
XLR output jack. Works in
conjunction with mic/line
button (10).
9
EFFECTS LOOP LEVEL: Choose
one of two settings for
compatibility with external
effects devices. "Out" position
is -20dBV for use with most
battery-powered effects units;
"in" position is +4dBu for use
with most rack-mount effects
units.
10
MIC/LINE: Choose one of two
settings to accommodate
signal compatibility of external
sound reinforcement and
recording equipment. Working
in conjunction with balanced
line output (8), the "out"
position provides mic level; "in"
position provides line level.
11
GROUND/LIFT: Leave this
button in the "out" position for
normal (grounded) operation.
The "in" position disconnects
balanced line output (8)
ground connection, which
can help alleviate line noise in
some situations.
