The car seat must be used rearward facing up to a minimum age of 15 months to guarantee optimum
safety for your child. Maxi-Cosi recommends you use the seat in the backward facing position up to 105 cm
and max. 18 kg (until approx. 4 years of age). This makes it possible to improve the protection of the head
and neck of the infant, which is still very fragile at this age, very significantly.
You may install the Mica Up in a forward facing position when your child is from 76 up to 105 cm in length
(or older than 15 months).
