Operation

WARNING
Risk of burns!
The surface of the appliance can become extremely hot during use.
Touch the appliance using only the handle.
CAUTION
Damage to the appliance!
Do not use pointed or sharp objects to remove the food. These could
damage the surfaces of the hotplates q irreparably!
NOTE
Every successful press of a button is acknowledged with a beep.
You can use the F button to change the temperature unit from °C to °F
and back at any time.
Hold down the +/‒ buttons G (respectively) to scroll more quickly through
the numbers.

Notes on the hygienic handling of food

Always keep perishable foods such as meat, dairy products or fish in the
refrigerator and process/consume them as quickly as possible.
Make sure that all cooking utensils used in the preparation of food, such
as chopping boards, knives, etc., are clean.
Wash your hands, especially before and after handling raw poultry or
minced meat!
Clean all surfaces and cooking utensils carefully after preparing raw poultry
and minced meat.
In order to minimise germ formation during preparation, minced meat should
have a core temperature of at least 75°C.
However, the setting options on this appliance are variable, so that you can
also set higher or lower core temperatures, depending on your own taste.
However, minced meat should always be eaten well-cooked.
