SAFETY SUMMARY

The following recommendations are made for the safe
use of the Bath Board:
GENERAL WARNINGS
DO NOT install or use this equipment without first read-
ing and understanding this instruction sheet. If you
are unable to understand the Warnings, Cautions or
Instructions, contact a healthcare professional,
dealer or technical personnel before attempting to
install this equipment - otherwise, injury or damage
may occur
Users with limited physical capabilities should be
supervised or assisted when using the Bath Board.
The Bath Board has a weight limitation of 250 lbs.
(114 kg.).
SPECIFIC WARNINGS
The thickness of the inner wall of the bathtub must
be between 1-inch minimum to 2-inch maximum.
DO NOT use the Bath Board with free standing tubs
or tubs that have no inner wall.
Always test to see that the Bath Board is properly
and securely locked in place on bath tub be-
fore using.
Ensure that all hardware is tight at all times.
ASSEMBLING THE BATH BOARD
(FIGURE 1)
NOTE: Refer to SPECIFIC WARNINGS in the SAFETY
SUMMARY in this instruction sheet.
1. Secure the adjustment bracket to the bracket tube
with the clevis pin.
2. Place Bath Board upside down.
3. Position bracket tube assembly in slot on underside
of Bath Board.
4. Place the threaded knob through the hole located
on the end of the Bath Board and attach to the bracket
tube assembly.

NOTE: Refer to SPECIFIC WARNINGS in the SAFETY
SUMMARY in this instruction sheet.
1. Ensure the back edge of the Bath Board is flush
against the bathroom wall.
2. Securely tighten the threaded knob into the bracket
tube assembly providing a snug fit of the Bath Board
against the bathroom wall.
3. Test to see that the Bath Board is properly and se-
curely locked in place on bath tub before using.
