Scope of delivery
Accessory set 1 687 016 167 with guide sleeves (Fig. 1,
item 1; 4x) and O-rings (Fig. 1, item 2; ⌀ 6.5 x 4; 12x).

Use
The guide sleeves (Fig. 2, item 2) are used to seal CRINs
(Fig. 2, item 1) with conically tapering nozzle retaining
nuts for the injection chamber (Fig. 2, item 4) of the
tester set CRI/CRIN 848H.

As of FD 01-2019, the contents of the accessory set
are included in the scope of delivery of the tester
set CRI/CRIN 848H (1 687 002 848) and add-on kit
(1 687 010 368).

Operation
1. Check if the O-ring (Fig. 3, item 3) is correctly inserted
into the injection chamber.
2. Insert the O-ring ⌀ 6.5 x 4 (Fig. 3, item 5) into the
guide sleeve (Fig. 3, item 1).
3. Insert the Ecopur sealing ring (Fig. 3, item 2) into
the guide sleeve (Fig. 3, item 1). The Ecopur sealing
rings are included in the scope of delivery of the
tester set CRI/CRIN 848H.
4. Insert the guide sleeve (Fig. 3, item 1) into the injec-
tion chamber.
5. Use the knurled screw to secure the guide sleeve
(Fig. 3, item 4).

The injection chamber is prepared for further injector
connection steps. See the operating instructions of
the CRI/CRIN 848H for clamping and connecting the
injector.
