EU declaration of conformity

The EU declaration of conformity may be reques-
ted from the manufacturer (see warranty certifi-
cate).
The device corresponds to the requirements of
the Product Safety Directive and the European
Low Voltage Guideline. This is certified by the
GS mark granted by the independent testing ins-
titute VDE. You can view the declaration of con-
formity at www.nuk.com.

Disposing of the device

Old appliances do not belong in
the household rubbish!
Should the unit at some point no lon-
ger be capable of being used, then
every consumer is required by
law to dispose of old appliances se-
parately from their household rubbish, e.g. at a
collection depot in his/her community/district. Old
electrical appliances are accepted there free-of-
charge. In this way it is ensured, that used de-
vices are properly recycled and that negative
consequences on the environment are avoided.
For this reason, electrical equipment is labelled
with the symbol shown here.
