The appliance does not switch off automatically when it reaches the
core temperature and continues to operate unchanged. This allows you
to grill different types of food at the same time without interruption.
If the grill thermometer r is not removed, the thermometer display E

continues to show the current core temperature.
As soon as the core temperature reaches approx. 180°C, the display
shows "
standby mode and "OFF" appears on the display.
Switch the appliance on again if you want to continue using it.
Setting a programme:

If the grill thermometer r is not connected correctly when you

press the thermometer button D or select the programmes RARE M,
MEDIUM L or WELL DONE K, you will hear several beeps and
the error code "

error mode.

Use the programme buttons to select the desired programme. To delete your
selection, press the same key again or press another programme key.
The preset temperature of the hotplates q flashes on the temperature display
I for all programmes. Use the +/‒ buttons G to adjust the temperature as
required.
For the Burger A, Poultry B and Fish C programmes, the time display J

shows the preset timer.
If you prefer using the grill thermometer r instead of the timer, press the ther-
mometer button D twice and set the desired core temperature.
For the programmes RARE M, MEDIUM L and WELL DONE K, the thermome-

ter display E shows the preset core temperature.
If you prefer using the timer instead of the grill thermometer r, press the Timer
button H and set the desired grilling time.

If no other buttons are pressed, you will hear a beep after a few seconds and the
programme starts automatically.

You can adjust the grill temperature, timer and core temperature at any time as
described above.
