1) Insert the plug of the grill thermometer r into the socket 5, wind the grill
thermometer cable r clockwise around the cable retainer and insert the
rod of the grill thermometer r into the holder 4 from the side.
2) Lock the appliance by pushing the safety catch 2 to the position

"Contact grill" position
Mexican Burger
500 g minced beef (125 g each)
6 tbsp. BBQ sauce
6 tbsp. finely chopped onions
3 tbsp. fresh or ready-made salsa
1/2 tsp. chilli powder
4 hamburger rolls
1) Mix the minced meat, onions, salsa, chilli powder and BBQ sauce in a
large bowl.
2) Shape the minced meat into four evenly sized burger patties.
3) Select the Burger programme A and heat the appliance until the set tempera-
ture is reached.
4) Place the burger patties in the contact grill and grill them in the contact
position until the time has elapsed.
5) Then serve the burger patties in the hamburger buns together with ingredients
and seasonings of your choice.
