Plastic sack/Filter bag
The appliance can be supplied with either a plastic sack or a filter bag for collecting dust. Plastic
sack/Filter bag fits all receptacles apart from receptacles for metal chips. The appliance should
not be operated with only a filter bag, but should have an additional filter.
5.4.1

Maintenance

Replacement of plastic sack/filter bag is carried out in accordance with Figure 5.
5.5

Receptacle

See Figure 6.
Plastic receptacle (6a): used for all applications apart from metal chips.
Large receptacle for metal chips (6b): This receptacle is used for metal chips. At the bottom of
the receptacle there is a removable floor grating for separating liquid from metal chips.
The receptacle also has a drainage valve in the bottom for draining liquid.
5.6

Frame

Lifting loop: Some appliances are fitted with a lifting loop to facilitate lifting.
5.6.1 Maintenance
Check the lifting loop regularly for signs of damage. Also check the screw mountings. Broken
parts should be replaced.
5.7

Sound casing

Certain appliances are equipped with sound casings which reduce the noise level by approx.
10 dB.
5.8

Cleaning equipment

• CE500 is used for heavy duty cleaning.
• CE450 is used for normal cleaning.
• CE370P is used for fine cleaning.
• CE50 SN is used for metal chips cleaning.
5.8.1 Maintenance
Replacement of worn parts.

Wheels

See Figure 7. There are two types of wheels, 250 mm hard (7a) or 250 mm soft (7b).
5.9.1 Maintenance
Check:
• That the wheels are intact, are securely fitted and roll easily, if necessary, lubricate or
replace the air pressure for air-filled wheels, recommended pressure is indicated on the
wheel.
