side discharge chute (Fig.20.B) is locked in place.

START-UP

1. Open the hatch for accessing the battery com-
partment (Fig.21.A).

Fit the battery inside its housing correctly (par. 7.2.4).

Insert the safety key (Fig.21.B).
4a. Models with "I" type handle
• Press the safety button (Fig.22.A) and pull
one of the two control levers (Fig.22.B).
4b. Models with "II"/"III" type
handle - Advanced Series
• Press the power button (Fig.23.A).
• Engage the cutting means by pressing one of the
two operator presence levers (Fig.24.A) against
the handle and then the button (Fig.24.B).
