At the start of the day power up the machine with the aid of the main switch
Procedure to use the machine :
1. Adjust the slice height (18 to 28 mm) by help of rear superior adjusting knob ;
2. Adjust the slice depth (0 to 17 mm) by help of rear inferior adjusting knob ;
3. Adjust the side guide by help of the 2 side adjusting knobs ;
4. Adjust the pressing plate by help of the upper handle ;
5. Introduce the bread by upside.
At the end of the day, turn off the main switch to switch the machine off.
NB : The blade continue to turn until 2 minutes after switch off the supply.

catalogue)
If it's to replace, replace the blade in accordance with the procedure for changing the
blade;
3. Clean with a brush and vacuum the inside of the machine ;
