REPLACEMENT OF WORKING TOOLS
Wear work gloves during working tool replacement.
Spindle lock button (13) is used only to lock the power tool spindle for installation or removal of
working tool. It cannot be used as a brake button when the blade or disc is rotating. Otherwise the
power tool may be damaged or the user may be injured.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF BLADES AND DISCS

Press the spindle lock button (13) (fig. B).
Put the blade as low as possible, like for cutting.
Use the hex key to unscrew blade fixing screw (7) – left hand thread.
Remove the blade fixing screw (7) and remove the pressure flange (8).
Slide out the blade downwards.
Slide new blade in and put on the shaft.
Put on the pressure flange (8), screw in and tighten the blade fixing screw (7).
INSTALLATION OF DUST SUCTION ADAPTER
Slide smaller tip of the dust suction adapter (16) onto the dust outlet (14) (fig. C).
Attach vacuum cleaner to the tip of the dust suction adapter (16).
Do not use dust suction system when cutting metal.
EDGE GUIDE INSTALLATION
Edge guide allows for easy cutting along edge of material.
Loosen the fixing screw (10) (fig. D).
Slide the edge guide (17) into the fixing holes (15).
Set required distance on the edge guide and tighten the fixing screw (10).
USE OF THE GUIDE BAR
Mini circular saw allows to use the guide bar (fig. E). The guide bar features anti slip foam (21) (fig. F)
located at the bottom of the bar, which reduces risk of moving the bar during operation. Cutting edge
is protected with edge rubber (23) to produce clean cut. In the first cut excess of rubber on the edge is
removed, thus matching the rubber precisely to the cutting line. Mini circular saw moves easily along the
bar thanks to the slide strip (22). For greater cutting precision it is possible to join bars with each other and
fix to processed material.
Guide bars (18) (fig. H) can be joined together with the connecting rod (25).
Slide half of the connecting rod (25) into the fixing groove (19) in one of the guide bars.
