1 - Swivel Slide
When facing small ID faces, the slide will have to
be swiveled to almost 40°. Tighten the swivel slide
screws.
3. Insert a ratchet wrench into the end of the feed screw.
Use the depth adjustment knob and the ratchet wrench
to position the tool bit slightly above the work piece
(see Figure 12).

4. Use the ratchet wrench to move the tool bit
across the entire surface needing to be faced. If
no obstructions are encountered and the tool bit
can reach across the entire face, the QuickFace is
ready to make a cut.
