4.1 Removing the fi lter cartridge
Note: When the locking handle is open, the water supply to the cartridge is interrupted and short-circuit operation

4.2 Inserting the Filter Cartridge

that the fi lter cartridge is positioned correctly.
4.3 Commissioning
• Turn the locking handle

• Open the water intake and switch on the power supply of the terminal equipment.
• Operate the fl ush valve
At least 2 empty fi lter cartridge volumes must be fl ushed (Chapter 6).
Note: When bleeding/fl ushing, catch water emerging from the fl ush hose
container.
• Check system for any leaks.
5 Filter capacity
The fi lter capacity tables for coffee and expresso machines and vending machines and for combi ovens and tradi-
tional ovens are listed on pages 4/5.
Note: The stated capacities are guide values that, depending on the product volume fl ow, local water quality and
machine type, can vary by ± 20%.
