8.1 Playback of your movies
The CM3H is supporting various video formats, like MPEG1/2, MPEG 4 (including XVID), VOB, IFO (DVD) and
ISO playback, including support for playing MP3, AC3, AAC and MPEG1/2 audio tracks within video and DTS
passthrough via the SPDIF output.
• Select the file you would like to play with the navigation buttons on the remote control.
• Press the 'Enter' (24) button or the 'Play/Pause' (17) button on the remote control to start the
playback of the selected file.
During playback, you can use the following playback options on the remote control:

Note: Most Video Codecs are supported on the CM3H (Like XviD, AVI, MPEG2, etc.) but it is possible that
you have files that require a Codec, which is not included with the CM3H.
If you try to playback a file with an unsupported Codec, you will see the message "CODEC NOT
SUPPORTED". When this happens, we suggest you to use a different codec for your movie.
Playback resume functionality
The CM3H has a playback resume functionality. If you turn off the CM3H during the playback of your
movies, music or photo slideshow, the CM3H will continue the playback when it is turned on again.
This feature is enabled by default and can be turned off in the Setup Menu.
Note: The resume function of ISO and IFO (DVD) files is not supported.
Subtitle Playback functionality
The Conceptronic CM3H can support .SMI, .SRT, .SUB or .SSA subtitle files.
If the subtitle file has the same name as the selected video file (only extension is different) the subtitle
file will be loaded automatically when the MPEG4 file is played, for example:
Movie name: My_Movie_With_Sub.AVI
Subtitle name: My_Movie_With_Sub.SRT
When the subtitle file has a different name then you need to select the subtitle file manually. Select the
subtitle file and press the 'Sub-t' (33) button on the remote control to select the subtitle. Select the
movie and press the '
Note: If there is a subtitle file available with the same name as the movie, and you try to select another
subtitle file, the CM3H will force the use of the subtitle file with the same name, instead of the
selected.

(17) Play the selected file or pause the playback.
(22) Stop the playback.
(18) Rewind the playback.
(21) Fast Forward the playback.
(16) Play the previous file in the current folder.
(23) Play the next file in the current folder.
(11) Change the repeat / shuffle option of the current file/folder.
(25) Display the playback details.
(36) Jump to a specific time in your movie.
(10) Repeat a selected part of the movie.
(9) Slowmotion playback.
(8) Step-play playback.
