Unpack the product, move it from the pallet, and check the set of supply.
Carefully remove protection film from outer table surface, wash the outer and inner
surfaces with warm water with neutral detergent, rinse and dry.
Install the table on leveled horizontal floor surface.
The following is required for normal operation:
- Install the table at the place of operation in ventilated and protected from direct sun
light area, at minimum distance of 1.5m from the heat source;
- ensure good air circulation at the table right side, where refrigerating unit is located;
refrigerating unit vents shall not be blocked;
- do not place any foreign items on the table top;
- maximum ambient temperature shall not exceed 40°C.

3.4 OPERATING PROCEDURE

ATTENTION! The table shall be hold for 24 hours at minimum temperature of
12°C after transportation or storage at negative temperatures and prior to putting into
operation.
Plug the power cable into the outlet and turn on the switch on the electric board.
Turn on the key switch on the table control panel. Indicator lamp shall light on and
symbols on the controller display shall start flashing. Digital value of the current temperature in
the table internal volume shall light on in 5 seconds. Internal volume temperature shall be set
by setting it on the controller display (see process description in Attachment C).
Let the table operate without any load for minimum 30 minutes and check temperature
reduction in the internal volume.
The following is required for table normal operation and for maintaining the set
temperature in the internal volume:
- use only wire shelves similar to the ones included in the supply kit;
- load the table with food-stuff cooled down to the storage temperature;
- open the table doors for minimum time when loading and unloading the food-stuff;
- the line for table shelves loading shall be limited to the shelves area; distance
between the food-stuff and the above shelf shall amount to minimum 50mm; the distance
between the food-stuff at the extreme right shelf and the evaporator fan shall amount to
minimum 100mm;
- provide for gaps between the food-stuff on the shelf to ensure free air circulation in
the internal volume.
An ice layer can be generated on the evaporator during the refrigerated table operation.
Ice defrosting on evaporator is done automatically. Melt water is drained to the tray installed on
compressor, where it naturally evaporates.
The main signs of refrigerated table normal operation are the following:
- the temperature in the internal volume complies with the set one;
- refrigerating unit operates in cycles.
3.5 POSSIBLE FAILURES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of failures mechanical specialist shall be called from the specialized service
company authorized by the supplier (seller) of equipment. Possible failures and troubleshooting
are presented in table 3.
