Assembling the lower arm
Locate the lower arm and use your hands to pull its ends out a little so it is correctly attached to the
frame, preventing it from coming loose easily (Fig. 01).
Attach the lower arm to the lawn mower frame by fixating the arm pins (1) to the inner holes (2) of
the lawn mower (Fig. 02).
Assembling the middle and upper arm
Locate the butterfly screw and the knob attached to the lawn mower arm. Loosen both before
assembling. Then attach the middle arm to the lower arm (making sure the holes align), insert the
butterfly screw observing that its ends are turned inwards, and fixate it with the knob, making it firmly
tight (Fig. 03). Repeat the procedure with the upper arm.
The lawn mower may be adjusted between 22 mm and 40 mm, according to your needs.
Adjustment
1 - Loosen the adjusting knobs on the sides of the lawn mower (Fig. 04, page 10).
2 - Set the desired cutting height, lifting or lowering the lawn mower cutting assembly. Observe that
both sides are at the same height when the adjustment is finalized. To make this procedure easier, pull
the cutting assembly up or push it down by the arms or the chassis, never by the reel or blade.
3 - Tighten the knobs again.
