To assemble the equipment, locate the parts and screws set included with the lawn mower.
ASSEMBLY OF THE LOWER ARM
Models CE30M, CE35M, CE40M and CE45M
To fasten the lower arm, use 4 screws and 4 nuts that are provided with the product. At first, position the arm (1) so
that the flat surfaces remain inside the arm bracket [Fig. 01, Pag. 06]. Complete the assembly inserting the screws
(2), fastening them with the nuts (3), [Fig. 02, Pag. 06].
Models CE30M2, CE30P2, CE35M2, and CE35P
Attach the ends of the arm tube to the top opening in the chassis and push all the way to the bottom [Fig. 03,
Pag. 07]. Observe that if you have fully attached the arm to the chassis, the holes on the side of the chassis align
with the holes on the arm, making it easier to fixate the latter, avoiding damage to the equipment. Locate the two
AA4 x 16 mm screws included with the product [Fig. 04, Pag. 07] To be sure of the shape and model, please refer
to the image that illustrates the screw in its real size. Using a Phillips screwdriver, attach the two screws to the
sides of the equipment [Fig. 05, Pag. 07], ensuring that the screws align with the holes on the chassis and the arm.
Assembling the upper arm
Locate the M6 x 45 mm bolt [Fig. 06, Pag. 07] - real-size image, and the knob [Fig. 07, Pag. 07]. Then, attach the
upper arm to the lower arm (making sure the holes align), insert the M6 x 45 mm bolt ensuring the ends are turned
inwards, and screw it in using the knob [Fig. 08, Pag. 07], firmly tightening it.
Assembling the cable clamp
Run the equipment's electric cable through the cable clamp [Fig. 09, Pag. 07] and attach it to the lawn mower's
lower arm together with the cable [Fig. 10, Pag. 07]. The cable clamp keeps the lawn mower's electric cable
together with the arm to prevent accidents.
Adjusting the upper handle height (model CE45M)
To adjust the height of the lawn mower handle, remove the screw (1) and the nuts (2) that attach the lower handle
[Fig. 11, Pag. 08]. Now choose one of the 3 height adjustments "A" [Fig. 12, Pag. 08], "B" [Fig. 13, Pag. 08], or "C"
[Fig. 14, Pag. 08]. After that, insert the screw (1) and the nuts (2) in the chosen position and firmly tighten them.
Assembling the side outlet baffle (models CE30M, CE35M, CE40M, and CE45M)
To assemble the baffle, position it over the chassis as illustrated [Fig. 15, Pag. 08], locate the two M6 x 16 mm
bolts [Fig. 16, Pag. 08] - in real size, attach the smooth washers (1) to the bolts (2), and insert the assembly in the
baffle holes. To finalize and fixate the assembly, use the nuts (3) included with the product [Fig. 17, Pag. 08].
CATCHER ASSEMBLY
Assembling the handle of the rigid grass catcher (models CE30M2, CE30P2, CE35M2, and CE35P)
To assemble the rigid grass catcher, you need to assemble the handle [Fig. 19, Pag. 09] on the upper part of the
grass catcher. Locate the four AA4 x 16 mm screws still left in the parts set included with your equipment. To be
sure of the shape and model, please refer to Figure 18 on page 09, which illustrates the screw in its real size.
Attach the handle to the upper part of the rigid grass catcher, and using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the four
AA4 x 16 mm screws to fixate the handle [Fig. 20, Pag. 09].
