8.4 Replacing the dispensing cartridge

The dispensing cartridge is a wear part. In case of sluggishness or leakage between cylinder and pis-
ton, the dispensing cartridge must be replaced. To prevent injuries due to chemical exposure, clean-
ing must be performed before replacing the dispensing cartridge (see Cleaning, p. 55).

Screw in the cleaned or new filling valve first by hand
and then tighten it with the assembly tool.
The discharge valve is built into dispensing tube.
a.
Dismantle the dispensing tube and clean in an ultra-
sonic bath if necessary.
b.
Install cleaned or new dispensing tube.
