Usage
Shears are used for both straight and form
shearing of sheet metal without frays. The radius
of shear depends on the strength of metal plate,
its rigidity and edge width, but needs to be at
least 40 mm.
User is liable for any unadvised use.

Safety instructions
Safe work with the tools is only
possible if you read these User's
Manual thoroughly and precisely
follow the instructions hereof.
� Follow the safety instructions which are
included in each machine delivery.
� The machine must not be used in moisture or
damp spaces, outdoors when it rains, is foggy,
snows or in spaces with explosion hazard.
� If you work in a dusty place, make sure the
air vents of the tools are kept clean. If dust
needs to be removed from the tools, first
disconnect the tool from the power supply
(use non-metal objects only) and prevent the
internal parts from damage.
� Turn the machine on only with security com-
ponents in safety position.
� When shearing, do not keep your hand in
front of the knives.
� Before each using the tool, check out the
movable supply and plug. Make sure any
defects are repaired by an authorized service.
� Make sure the movable supply plug is pulled
out of the socket before any work is com-
menced on the machine.
� Out of the building, use exclusively the
approved extension cords and cable sleeves.
� Those machines that are used outdoors,
connect via a residual current device (FI) with
max 30mA operating current. Extension cord
to be used in a design for outdoor usage.
� At work, hold the machine always firmly with
both hands and ensure a safe position.
� Make sure the cut material is fixed properly.
� Always guide the machine in the shear with
power on.
� Use protective gloves and safety boots for
work.
� Always keep the direction of the movable
supply from the tools backwards.
� Do not move the machine behind the cord.
� Insert the movable supply plug in the socket
only if the machine is turned off.
� Persons under 16 are not allowed to operate
the machine.
