Individual protection:
For use this combine machine, you must wear safety outfit (goggles, apron, safety shoes etc.).
FORBIDDEN:
- To Modify the machine without factory agree
- Do not respect safety rules
- touch any rotating tool with naked hands when the machine works
- work other material (only wood and derived)
- Using other tools
- Using blades for the planer lower than 20 mm
TOOLS:
For blade replacement
Tool replacement for the moulder :
Use only moulding tools that are designed for manual feeding and may be clamped safely. Before mounting
tool (A) make sure that spacing rings (E) are clean and not damaged. Pay attention to due fastening of bolt
(nut) (C), which tightens, through closing ring (D), spacing rings (E) and tool (A) on the moulding spindle !
Adjust the hole in the table according to the diameter of mouldingtool (A) by removing rings (B).
Pour enclencher le système de blocage d'arbre de la toupie, appuyer fortement sur le point F puis utiliser la
clé pour désserer puis resserer la partie C.
WARNING: Think to remove the arbor lock before restart the machine
Minimize space between the plates of guidance and the tool.
