9.
Install new footring assembly by first installing the
tube connectors into the foot ring weldments (9a) with
one (1) screw each (9b). Slide the straight foot ring
tube onto both foot ring weldments (9c) and secure
each with one (1) screw (9d).

10.
Slide the new foot ring weldments onto both legs.

Install the tube connector screws on each end of
the straight foot ring tube.
