Cut infill material to the
given dimensions based on
base unit configuration.

Slide infill down from top
of the tile.
8.
For double sided base
unit frame tiles, tighten nuts
(8a). Thread the tile strap
through the slots in the tile
as shown (8b).
9.
Assemble the tile to the
base unit by reversing
steps 1 through 4.
Infill Sizes for HBA single sided base units:
Thickness: Up to 5/8" thick. If material is thinner,
shims will be required to keep it from rattling.
Height: 16-5/16"
Width: 32-11/16" (for a 72" unit), 44-11/16" (for
84" & 96" unit) or 57-11/16" (for 108" unit)
Infill Sizes for HBC single leg base units:
Thickness: Up to 5/8" thick. If material is thinner,
shims will be required to keep it from rattling.
Height: 16-5/16"
Width: 19-1/2"

Thickness: Up to 5/8" thick. If material is thinner,
shims will be required to keep it from rattling.
Height: 26-21/32" (for 36" tall) or 32-21/32" (for 42" tall)
Width: 37-7/16" (for a 72" unit), 49-1/32" (for 84" & 96"
unit) or 62-7/16" (for 108" unit)

Thickness: Up to 5/8" thick. If material is thinner,
