1 – Make a hole of at least 5 mm in the lid of the
sample jar.
3 – Screw on the top of the sample jar.

- The FMP kit has been designed and calculated solely for use on Angelo Po
Ovens; we accept no responsibility for improper use on appliances other
than those specified.

NOT FOR USE ON OTHER APPLIANCES.
- Use the standard product core probe only ( NO KSFMS).
- Use the kit with Steam cooking routines only.
- During pasteurisation, never exceed a product core temperature of 85°C.
- Warning: steam and/or scalding liquids may be emitted when the probe is

extracted; do not remove the probe until the contents of the jar have returned
to room temperature.

2 – Screw part (A) onto part (B) on the top of the
sample jar as shown.
4 – Fit the probe into the hole so that it can reach the
core of the product.
5- Screw on the ring-nut (C) in the top of the probe
holder.
