PREPARING THE MACHINE

Insert the suction tube into the gelatine container. The tube has a stainless steel terminal for better
suction of the product.

SWITCHING ON THE MACHINE

1) Make sure that the main voltage is the same as the one indicated on the machine plate.
2) Plug the electric lead plug, joined to the machine, into the electricity voltage supply.
3) Press the general switch button on the rear surface of the machine (see Fig.1.1);
starts the heating process and the machine's temperature value is displayed on the control
keyboard (see Fig.2.1). If you do not access the programming phase, the heating process
continues until the temperature value relating to the last working cycle is reached (the values
are displayed progressively on the display). The value previously set can be displayed on the
display by pressing button

If the machine is new, the set value will be the one relating to the final test carried out.
Once the set temperature level has been reached, the
machine is ready to start the work cycle.
The heating phase lasts approx. 15 minutes.
PROGRAMMING THE MACHINE
The control keyboard for programming the work cycle has the following settings:
- button (see Fig.2.2) to access the programming phase;
- button (see Fig.2.3) ) to increase values;
- button (see Fig.2.5) to decrease values.
