ANOMALIES
Uneven spraying may occur when the gun nozzle is blocked or dirty; to clean the nozzle, follow the
instructions given below:
-
round nozzles: after unscrewing the internal screw, wash in plenty of hot water;
-
fan nozzles: wash in plenty of hot water.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION

is made totally in stainless steel and consequently it cannot be attacked by aggressive
and corrosive substances; it can be used both for hot spraying the product (gelatine) and for cold spra-
ying the product (liqueur or various liquids) using the appropriate spray gun.

The machine can spray any type of gelatine.

The maximum spraying pressure value is 3.2 bar.

The spraying capacity reaches the value of 400 cc/minute.

The maximum adjustable value of the working temperature is 92°C.
