Installing the condensate pump

When installing the condensate pump, observe the following:
• Use suitable means to ensure moisture protection.
• Fit the condensate pump horizontally near the appliance.
• Position the condensate pump in easy access for maintenance and
inspection.
• Use suitable rawl plugs for the base on which the condensate pump is
fitted.
Use different rawl plugs from those provided if required.
• Test the load bearing capacity of the substrate.
• Observe the maximum delivery head of 4.5 m (
• Ensure the hose is routed correctly with a fall of 1 % (
B Position the condensate pump against the wall and level with a spirit
level.
B Mark the positions of the rawl plugs on the wall.

B Drill holes for the rawl plugs.
B Insert rawl plugs into the holes.
B Insert the screw halfway into the rawl plug.
B Remove fuse [1].

Connecting the condensate pump

NOTICE: Damage to the condensate pump due to
incorrect use.
B Never step on the casing.
B To prevent the thread from stripping, never place any
stresses on the hoses.

NOTICE: System damage due to corrosion
B Use plastic or stainless steel for on-site lines and
connection pieces that carry condensate (e.g. from
the flue to the boiler or neutralising system).
B Fit supply hose [2] to the condensate drain in the appliance that
expels condensate.
B Fit supply hose [2] to condensate inlet connection [1] on condensate
pump [3].

NOTICE: System damage
B Use the hose provided as part of the standard delivery
for the condensate drain.
B Fit drain hose [3] to condensate drain [1] on condensate pump.
B Use an adapter if the hoses have different diameters (
