2) Pre-heating
Pre-heat the hot-plate for one minute at maximum in
order to reach the ideal temperature for cooking.
3) Cooking
The hot-plate is covered with a high quality anti-adhesive
material which ensures healthy cuisine without adding
fat or oil.
The hot-plate is divided into two zones:
1 - A flat surface for cooking eggs, thin slices of meat or
fish, vegetables, toast...
2 - A ridged surface, ideal for barbeques.
Fatty substances are recuperated in the water tank, your
cuisine is perfectly healthy (no residual or carbonised
fats), your ingredients retain all their savor.
The hot-plate attains maximum temperature after about
one minute of pre-heating (the ideal temperature for
barbequing).
Place your ingredients on the plate and ajust the
temperature with the gas tap according to your tastes (7).
It is also possible to ajust the speed of cooking according
to where the ingredients are placed on the hot-plate:
maximum in the center, less intense towards the edges.
While in use and still hot, you can remove the hotplate
with the help of the removable handle (P) (Fig. 5)
4) Turning the hot-plate off
When you have finished with the hot-plate, turn the gas
tap clockwise as far as it will go.
