Decalcifying
Depending on the hardness of the water, steam may not properly flow out of
the steam mop due to a build-up of limescale in the steam outlet. Therefore, it
may become necessary to decalcify the steam mop from time to time.
To decalcify the steam mop, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the cleaning cloth
2. Remove the cleaning head from the main unit

The steam outlet on the bottom of the main unit is now accessible.
3. Insert the long end of the cleaning pin
bottom of the main unit and move it back and forth to remove any existing
limescale.
4. Reattach the cleaning head to the main unit by following the instructions in
the chapter "Assembling the steam mop".
