Job Screens
LED on the front panel and tool illuminates. Value must be less than the Torque objetivo.
Units – Operating torque units include:
NM, Newton Meters
FTLB, Foot Pounds
INLB, Inch Pounds
INOZ, Inch Ounces
KGM, Kilogram Meters
KGCM, Kilogram Centimeters
NCM, Newton Centimeters
Each Job does not have to use the same operating torque units as the other Job.
Angulo Minimo – The minimum peak angle for an acceptable tightening cycle. If the actual
angle does not reach this limit, the tightening cycle will be flagged as a NOK and the yellow
LED on the front panel and tool illuminates. Units are degrees of rotation.
Tiempo máximo – Stops the tool when the time has elapsed from the start of the step. Required
for this step. The value should be long enough to complete the tightening cycle during this step.
Sentido apriete – Tighten a right hand fastener with CW (clockwise) and use CCW (counter-
clockwise) for left hand fasteners.
Preset Parameters (Non-editable)
(Threshold Torque) – The torque level during the tightening cycle when the In Cycle Output
transitions high. Permanently set to 0.
(Snug Torque) – The point in this step when the controller begins to monitor the tool's output
angle. Permanently set to 0.
Press a keypad button to save changes and return to the Run screen.

2.7.1.2 Herramienta

Herramienta programs the tool functions. The Torque Cal, PM Limit and PM Reset values
modifications are saved to the tool not the controller.
Herramienta Screens
Iniciar entrada – This parameter defines which input will be used to start the tool. In all cases,
the 24 VDC Iniciar entrada is available to start the tool.
Cualquiera – Any input will start the tool. The available inputs are from the tool trigger, a
