Acerca displays data about the controller and tool and enables language selection.
Acerca Screens
Press a keypad button to save changes and return to the Run screen.

2.7.3 Diagnostico

Diganostico displays controller E/S status and allows forcing.
Diagnostico Screens
Each pin, of the 24VDC connector, is represented and has permanent assignments, see list
below. Pins 3 through 6 are for Inputs. Pins 7 through 14 are for Outputs. See section 2.7.1.4 to
configure the E/S. See section 4.1.4 for a schematic. See Section 4.2 for the definitions of the
E/S elements.
Pin 1 - 24VDC Return to complete the current loop; connects to chassis ground.
Pin 2 - for supplying the Inputs with 24 V for Sourcing Inputs or 24 V Return for Sinking
Inputs.

Pin 4 - PARO
Pin 5 - INVERTIR
Pin 6 - BIT SELECC JOB 0
Pin 7 - CICLO OK, N.C.
Pin 8 - CICLO OK, N.O.
Pin 9 - CICLO NOK, N.C.

Pin 11 - LISTO, N.C.
Pin 12 - LISTO, N.O.

Programación
Options Screen
Press the Acerca button on the keypad to
select.
Idioma – selects the language for the
controller.
Software Controller – displays the firmware
version of the controller.
Software hta – displays the firmware version
of the tool currently connected to the
controller.

Press the Diagnostico button on the keypad
to select.
This screen indicates the real time status of
the 24VDC Inputs and Outputs. Forcing the
E/S on or off is also performed here.
