Coloque el servo de alerón en la posición designada y coloque
dos bloques de madera dura para asegurar el servo a la cober-
tura. Si también desea instalar fl aps de aterrizaje, coloque un
segundo servo.
Try to fi t the servos on the servo tray with two blocks to hole in
place. If use fl ap, please equip 2 servos.
Para evitar que los tornillos se rompan, es aconsejable añadir un
poco de pegamento a los orifi cios después de la pre-perforación.
Drop some instant glue into the screw holes for the servo tray
for reinforcement.
Coloque el timón en el alerón del ala. Fije el cabezal de la hor-
quilla a la palanca de servo y marque la longitud necesaria del
varillaje. Si necesita un servo para la fl aps de aterrizaje, repita
este paso.
Try to fi t the rod, fi nd the location for control horn on the aileron
and mark the location for Z-bend. (If use fl ap, please repeat the
same steps for the second servo.)
Atornille un tornillo M3 x 10 mm con arandela 3 x 10 mm en el
agujero de la placa de refuerzo. Coloque un pieza de 5 mm de
tubo de silicona.
Insert the washers to the wing blots M 4 x 35 mm and insert the
bolt to its hole on the main wing. Slide a piece of 5 mm silicone
tube for preventing missing.
Pegue los dos bloques de madera dura en la tapa del servo
(puede ver este paso en el plano adjunto).
Use instant glue the blocks in place. (if use fl ap, please refer to
the bottom page of the manual).
Pase el cable de conexión del servo desde el racor atornilla-
do para cables a través de la alea hasta el servoeje. Instale la
cobertura del servo en el ala.
Connect the extension with servo plug. Secure the servo tray
on the main wing. Use sharp-nose plier to pull the cable out of
the plug hole.
Con una pinza-Z, doblan las varillas en forma. Acortar la varilla
después de la curvatura en Z.
Use Z-bender to make a Z on the marked location.
Tome el conector alar (W29) y cubra ambos lados con adhesivo
epóxico. Recubra el bolsillo para el conector de ala y junte las
partes (también puede recubrir los bordes de las alas con pega-
mento epoxi, pero luego ya no podrá separar la ala, por ejemplo,
para el transporte).
Use epoxy to secure one side of wing joiner one main wing.
When assemble the main wing to the fuselage; slide another end
of wing joiner to main wing and secure the main wing. (If want
to reinforce the strength of the main wing; you can use epoxy to
secure the two wing halves together, but in this way, the two wing
halves cannot be separated.)
Cuando el adhesivo se haya endurecido, monte el servomotor
en la tapa del servoeje.
When the glue is dried enough, use the screws come with the
servo to secure the servo in place.
Si desea fl aps de aterrizaje en su modelo, corte cuidadosamente
a través del alerón. Tenga en cuenta que hay un espacio de 1
mm entre el alerón y los fl aps de aterrizaje para que puedan
moverse libremente.
If want to use fl y; please refer to the attachment #A and saw
the fl ap off . Keep the space around 1 mm between the fl ap and
aileron. According to the marking on the attachment A, use hob-
by knife to open the hinge holes on the rear edge of main wing
and aileron.
Enganche el varillaje en el orifi cio del timón. Gire la cabeza de
la horquilla para poner el alerón en punto neutro. Asegure el ca-
bezal de la horquilla con un pieza de tubo termorretráctil.
Drill 2 mm hole on the control horn. Thread in M2x15mm screw to
fi x the plate. Connect the rod onto the control horn.
Asegure el ala con cinta adhesiva durante el proceso de secado.
Apply transparent tape to hold the main wing until the glue is
dried enough. Iron on covering on the fuselage, horizontal, ver-
tical and front window.
