Transporting and storing the tacker
CAUTION
Impacts and knocks can result in damage to the tacker.
 Do not drop the tacker.
 Protect the tacker against knocking on obstacles.
 Carry the tacker by the handle with the tool lug facing the ground.
 Only connect the compressed air supply when you have reached
the new place of work.

Transport over long distances

The following distances for transporting the tacker are regarded as 'long
distances':
 Distances of more than 10 m,
 Transport over unsafe ground and
 Transport that involves unaccustomed posture.
To transport the tacker over long distances, proceed as follows:
 Pack the tacker in the cardboard box included in the delivery.
 Carry the cardboard box with both hands to the desired place of
use.
 Always set down the box in a horizontal position with the lid facing
upwards.

Storage

 Oil all metal parts of the tacker thinly with PREBENA special
nailer oil.
 Pack the tacker in the cardboard box.
 Store the tacker at room temperature in a dry place protected
from dust.
