E. Safety regulations for using the induction heater
Never leave the induction heater unattended when it is turned on.
Do not attempt to repair or service the induction heater.
There are no user-serviceable parts and no action required apart from replacing the coils.
Do not rotate or bend the power cable excessively, as this can cause damage to the
internal wiring.
Make sure that the device can be adequately ventilated.
Make sure that the vent of the induction heater is clean and free of dust and contaminants,
in order to ensure an adequate air supply.
Before you connect the induction heater to the circuit, make sure that the mains volt-
age matches the voltage on the rating plate +/- 10%. Incompatible voltage can cause
serious damage to the induction heater.
Do not use the induction heater for longer than one work cycle.
The circuit board has overheating protection, however, the electrodes do not.
Work cycle: two minutes on - five minutes off.
When there is a danger of overheating, the LED lamp changes from white to yellow.

4. Mode of operation

If the power cord is connected to a power outlet with an earth leakage circuit breaker,
a properly grounded power supply connection is ensured. The induction heater transforms
the voltage to meet the rating plate specification. A work coil, the flexible induction line,
the shapeable induction line, the induction spiral coil or the induction spiral is inserted
into the end of the electrode and then fixed with clamping screws. The coil then converts
the current into a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. This magnetic field crosses the
metallic, conductive work surface (e.g. the frozen nut) and causes the electrons in the metal
to vibrate according to the principle of electromagnetic induction. The kinetic energy of the
moving electrodes is dissipated as heat, warming up any metal within the tool's working
range. The more easily a material is magnetized, the greater the heat that developed within.
That is why the induction heater heats up ferrous metals and their alloys readily, but it has
no effect on glass, plastics, wood, fabric and other non-conductive materials.
The On/Off switch is used to turn the device on and off. For as long as the switch is
pressed the device remains on.
